The Tree of Ideas

Long before this website existed, before the posts, the projects, the drawings, and the little worlds that appear here, there was only a simple idea.

A tree.

Not an ordinary tree, though. This one stands somewhere between imagination and reality — in a bright blue sky where the sun always seems to be shining just a little brighter than usual.

If you look closely at the artwork, you’ll notice something interesting about it.

The apples hanging from the branches aren’t just fruit.

They’re ideas.

Every apple represents a thought, a spark of curiosity, or a moment of inspiration. Sometimes they appear quietly. Sometimes they fall suddenly when you least expect them. But once an idea falls, something new begins.

Stories start that way.

Projects start that way.

Dreams start that way.

And sometimes… entire worlds do too.

Around the tree you’ll see strange little details — a curious creature wandering nearby, clouds drifting through the sky, colors that feel playful and alive, and even a little thought bubble that says “me.”

That’s because this world isn’t meant to be perfect or polished.

It’s meant to feel like imagination.

Like the drawings we made as kids when the only rule was to create something fun. Back then, the sky could be brighter, the sun could be bigger, and trees could hold anything we imagined — apples, ideas, or even adventures waiting to happen.

That sense of creativity is what inspired these cover images.

Because imagination is a powerful thing.

It’s the same force that built magical worlds in stories like Harry Potter and the Philosopher's Stone, where ordinary places hide extraordinary possibilities. It’s the same spark that has inspired artists, inventors, writers, and dreamers for generations.

Every big idea starts small.

A sketch.

A thought.

A curiosity.

A moment where someone asks “what if?”

This website is my version of that question.

“What if we built a place where creativity could grow?”

Not just perfectly polished things, but ideas in motion.

Experiments.

Art.

Stories.

Projects.

Thoughts that grow into something bigger over time.

In many ways, this little illustrated landscape is a metaphor for that journey.

The tree represents growth. The apples represent ideas waiting to be discovered. The sky represents possibility.

And the wandering characters represent all of us — exploring, learning, and finding inspiration in unexpected places.

Some ideas will grow into something meaningful.

Some will simply be fun along the way.

But every idea matters, because creativity is a process — not a destination.

This site is where those ideas live.

Sometimes they’ll appear as drawings or artwork.

Sometimes they’ll show up as stories, posts, or experiments.

Sometimes they’ll be completely unexpected.

But they all grow from the same place.

Curiosity.

The same curiosity that made us look up at the stars as kids and wonder what might exist beyond them. The same curiosity that makes someone pick up a pencil, start a project, or build something new.

And every once in a while, if you’re lucky…

An idea falls from the tree.

When that happens, something magical begins.

So if you’ve made it this far, welcome to this little world of imagination.

Look around.

You might find an idea waiting for you too. 🍎✨
